Trained as a traiteur at Fauchon in Paris and Selfridges in London, Pierre created Chouchoute to turn his life-long passion for gastronomy into a gourmet taste experience.
Together with our artisan chocolatier, Pierre has crafted a unique and exclusive assortment of intensely-flavoured chocolates, hand-crafted in a timeless fashion with 100% pure cocoa butter and absolutely NO vegetable fat. Why? Because pure cocoa butter allows the aroma, taste and texture of each chocolate to be fully expressed.
