1 – Delivery to You
Carriage to one address within mainland UK is charged at £9.95 + VAT (up to 30kg gross weight). Carriage charges vary for orders over 30kg gross weight.
Deliveries to additional addresses are charged at different rates, depending on product weight, delivery method and delivery address.

2 – Delivery to Customer
We understand you’re busy running your business. Or perhaps you’re short of space or don’t have a temperature-controlled mailroom. So why not let us despatch your corporate chocolate gifts for you?
Simply supply us with your address list and we’ll pack and label each chocolate box, using our custom-sized boxes and suitable packing materials.
For this service we charge a service fee per item, plus Royal Mail’s postage cost. Please contact us for details.
3 – Call Off Service
Benefit from lower unit prices by ordering a larger quantity of chocolate gifts in advance (eg a one-year supply). We will retain all packaging on your behalf and supply you on a regular basis in agreed quantities to ensure you always receive the freshest stock available. This service is ideal if you need a regular supply of chocolate gifts. There is a delivery charge of £9.95 per call-off for this service.
We can also deliver your corporate gifts on an ad hoc basis to individual customers according to your email instructions. This is ideal if, for example, you wish to send a small welcome gift to a new customer or employee, or thank an existing client for a referral. For this service we charge a service fee per item, plus Royal Mail’s standard postage cost.
