What does your ’100% cocoa butter guarantee’ mean?
This means that our chocolates are entirely free of vegetable fats and oils. The result of making chocolates with 100% cocoa butter is that the taste, texture and aroma is far superior to the vast majority of mass-produced chocolates found on the UK High Street and online.
What does your ‘No Hidden Extras guarantee’ mean?
This means that the price we quote you is the price you pay. There are no complicated print charges to add to the unit price of your personalised chocolate boxes and all costs are clearly shown in our quotation and order confirmation. If you require unbranded boxes, the same guarantee applies.
Can we make our own selection for our corporate chocolate boxes?
We have many years’ experience in selecting the most popular choice of chocolates for each box, so we usually suggest you leave it to us to determine the best mix for your chosen box size. However, if you have a specific request, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I choose chocolates without alcohol?
Yes. All of our corporate chocolates are available in non-alcoholic selections if preferred.
Do you offer nut-free chocolates?
All of our chocolates may contain traces of nuts. However, if you simply don’t want us to include pralines or marzipan, just let us know when you place your order.
Can you send me samples of your chocolates and packaging before I place an order?
For most corporate gifts customers, we are happy to send chocolates and packaging samples, free of charge. For small order enquiries and non-corporate gifts enquiries (eg wedding favours) there is a charge of £3.95 for this service, refundable if you place a confirmed order with us.

I’d like to place an order for my corporate chocolates. What happens now?
We’ll email you an order confirmation which sets out the details of your order, the timeline we’ll follow and our Terms & Conditions.
We don’t have an in-house studio. Can you provide us with artwork for our printed boxes, sleeve wraps or gift cards?
Yes! Simply let us know the key elements you wish to include and we’ll prepare a pdf artwork proof for your approval. There may be a charge for this service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We require payment in full when your order is placed. We accept payment by credit card, company cheque or BACs and will provide a VAT invoice.
I have an urgent order – can you help?
We can usually supply unbranded chocolates within 48 hours, depending on the quantity required. Branded chocolate boxes usually take longer to prepare, but if we know your required lead time, we’ll do our best to meet it.
What’s the lead time for personalised chocolate boxes?
Personalised chocolate boxes generally require a lead time of two to four weeks, but we can often supply within a shorter lead time, depending on the quantity required. Please allow a longer lead time in the run-up to Christmas.
When will my order be delivered?
We will agree a delivery date with you and include this on your order confirmation. We will keep you posted on the status of your order throughout the preparation process and confirm when it’s been despatched.
To which destinations can you deliver?
We can despatch our corporate chocolates to any address within the UK mainland, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland. We may also be able to deliver your chocolate gifts overseas, depending on the destination.
Can you deliver my personalised chocolates direct to my clients?
Yes, absolutely! This relieves you of temperature control and stock management, and we have postal boxes to fit our chocolates perfectly. Please contact us for details.
Product and chocolate definitions
What is a ganache?
A ganache is a mixture of chocolate and cream, sometimes flavoured with alcohol or other infusions.
What is a praline?
A praline is a blend of roasted and caramelised almonds and/or hazelnuts, finely or coarsely ground.
What is a truffle?
A truffle, sometimes flavoured with alcohol, is similar to a ganache, but slightly softer in texture.
Are your chocolates suitable for someone with a nut allergy?
No, because all of our products may contain traces of nuts.
Are your chocolates suitable for someone on a gluten-free diet?
Almost all of our chocolates are compatible with a gluten-free diet. Please specify your requirements when you place your order.
Are your chocolates suitable for vegetarians?
Yes. None of our products contains animal fats.
Are your chocolates kosher?
No. Although our chocolates are free from animal fats, they do not meet Kosher food specifications.
Are your chocolates suitable for vegans?
The majority of our products contain dairy products such as milk, butter and fresh cream but we have a small selection that are suitable for vegans. Please contact us for details.
Do your chocolates contain alcohol?
Yes, some of our chocolates contain alcohol. If you would prefer chocolates without alcohol please advise us when you place your order.
