Prices shown for our branded chocolate boxes include chocolates, boxes and printing charges (where applicable). If you are unable to provide print-ready artwork, additional charges may apply. All prices shown on our website exclude VAT at the current rate and are subject to change without notice.
Minimum Order Quantities
There is no minimum order quantity either for personalised chocolate boxes or for unbranded boxes.
Carriage to one address within mainland UK is charged at between £15 and £40 + VAT (up to 75kg gross weight). Carriage charges vary for orders over 75kg gross weight and for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles.
Deliveries to additional addresses are charged at different rates, depending on product weight, delivery method and delivery address.
We can also arrange international courier deliveries but local customs duties and delays are beyond our control and may affect the delivery date of your order. Please ask for details.
A minimum lead time of two to four weeks is generally required for printed chocolate boxes, printed sleeves or printed gift cards. Longer lead times are required at key seasonal times. However, at less busy times we may be able to provide a faster service. Please contact us for details.

We cannot guarantee to meet your print requirements until our printers have seen your artwork. Modifications to your supplied artwork may incur a small charge.
Pantone Colour Matches
Not all print methods are capable of achieving exact pantone matches. Please send us your pantone colour references with your artwork and we will advise how closely we can match them.
Our luxury corporate chocolates carry a minimum 12-week shelf life, indicated by a ‘best before’ date underneath each chocolate box. The shelf life of our non-chocolate products and wines vary.
All of our luxury chocolates may contain nuts (or traces of nuts) and alcohol. If non-alcoholic chocolates are required this must be specified when an order is placed. All of our chocolates are suitable for vegetarians and the majority are suitable for vegans and those on a gluten-free diet.
Not all of our individual corporate chocolates are shown on our website. We may make substitutions without notice in order to meet delivery deadlines.
All orders require a delivery signature.
We despatch and deliver during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. We cannot despatch or deliver on a UK bank holiday.
We will endeavour to deliver your order on the date requested but we are reliant on goods carriers and things may sometimes go wrong. In such cases we will do whatever we can to put things right.
Storage & Returns
Our luxury chocolate gifts must be kept cool, but not cold or frozen, at all times. We recommend a storage temperature of 15 – 20°C.
Goods cannot be returned after despatch unless they are sub-standard or damaged.
Cleared payment is required before we can process your order.
We accept payment by company cheque, BACs and all major credit cards. We will provide a VAT invoice.
Samples are usually supplied free of charge to corporate gifts customers. For small corporate gifts enquiries and for non-corporate gifts enquiries (eg wedding favours) there is a discretionary £3.95 charge for samples.
Branded Stock Retention Period
For corporate orders placed, and subsequently drawn down in call-off quantities (eg 50 boxes per month), the total initial order quantity must be drawn down within a maximum period of 12 months following initial order confirmation and payment. Thereafter, no further stock will be supplied under the initial order agreement and we may dispose of any unused branded materials. For stock requests received after expiry of the 12 month draw-down period a new order agreement and current unit pricing may apply.
The free gift offer is valid on orders with a minimum net value of £150, placed in a company name. The questionnaire may only be submitted by the employee that placed your company’s order with us, or by the signatory on your order confirmation form. The questionnaire must be completed in full to qualify for the free gift. By completing our questionnaire you agree that your comments and company name may be featured on our website’s testimonials page. We will not print your name on our website or share your contact details with any other company.
